Pakistan’s floods don’t look like it is due to farming on flood plains because the scale of the disaster is just so overwhelming. Now over 20 million people are displaced. That’s just so hard to imagine. The UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, said he has visited many disasters around the world but has never seen anything on this scale. Is part of the cause global warming? I think so, but many say science may have difficulty proving this. Sometimes, we don’t need proof, we just know. If you asked everyone their gut feeling, we know we are all responsible for global warming. Feng shui or not, we all must do our part to conserve our planet and learn to live in harmony with nature.
