by Jenny on November 30, 2012

The classic Japanese rice ball, onigiri, is now a favorite amongst many people worldwide It’s simple, convenient, tasty, and easy to eat.  It’s the Asian version of the sandwich.

This is my second video in a series of four on rice.  You can watch the first video:  How to Cook Japanese Rice in a Frying Pan, by clicking the title.

Hope you make onigiri for lunch this week!  Dozo otameshi o – please try it!

This is the first one of your videos I’ve seen- nice job! I like how you even have a custom apron with your blog name on it. The onigiri would make an easy gluten-free packed lunch, I’m glad to know the technique for making it!
