This is a One-Day Health Workshop led by Master Shan-Tung Hsu, Ph. D., my feng shui master that I always refer to in my blog! You can now come and hear him live, and learn the Eastern wisdom of self-healing.
You will learn:
- Breathing techniques
- Mind, body, and chi interaction
- Meridian awakening exercises
- Chi energy exercises
- Acupressure techniques to alleviate pain
- And much, much more.
Dr. Hsu has been teaching us various techniques throughout the years. For this workshop, he has put together a comprehensive program focusing on key points to improve health in the most natural way. Just simple exercises. I started to follow these techniques on a more consistent basis about six months ago. And really, the most difficult part is to be consistent. To do it everyday.
I must be honest. I sometimes skip days, for various reasons. But, still I have seen major improvement! And that’s exciting, because I can honestly say that it truly works from first hand experience. My body is small in frame and during the winter I suffer from cold hands and feet. Really and truly they get icy cold. So, I had this habit of clenching my fists and blowing hot air through them to warm them up. The other strange habit I had was while driving. I would drive with one hand and warm my free hand by the heater. Well, I don’t need to do that any longer! My hands are actually pretty warm now!
The other problem I had was with my back. I suffer from scoliosis. It’s really not that noticeable, so if I don’t say anything, people don’t know. Only when I’m tired I start to limp. I’ve never had any major pain, but with age, I started to feel very stiff in my lower back. Once in a while if I sit at the computer for too long, it starts to hurt, and I would feel the need to massage it. Well, the other day I woke up realizing I didn’t have that stiffness any longer! As I continue to do these methods I hope to see further improvement.
Of course, things don’t change overnight. But, the consistency and small changes in your habits can and do make a difference. If you suffer from minor aliments, stress or low energy, I really recommend this workshop! Hope you come and join us!
