Seattle Sogetsu Ikebana Fall Exhibition – October 6 & 7, 2012
My teacher, Megumi Schacher will be doing the ikebana demonstration on Sunday October 7th from 1:00 p.m. Hope you can join us to enjoy the beautiful flowers and inspiring demonstration!
The Tradition and Culture of Kimono

This colorful and fascinating program will feature Yu-Sensei demonstrating with men and womenmodels, with explanations of the cultural and historical use of kimonos including a video on yukatas. A question and answer period will be held and traditional ‘Matcha’ green tea and refreshments will be served. Tickets $20 General and $10 for students.
The Seattle Hyakudokai is organizing a How to Make Organic Miso Class.
