Japanese Mini Cheesecakes

Flavorful, small cheese cakes you can cook in your oven toaster!

Serves: 6
  • ½ packet of an 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 4½ Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 75cc heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  1. Pre-heat oven to 320F
  2. In a bowl, microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds until soft
  3. add sugar and mix well
  4. add egg, whipping cream, lemon juice, and blend well
  5. add 1 Tablespoon flour and blen well
  6. divide batter into 6 cupcakes
  7. back for 35 minutes until a golden brown
  8. Chill and serve
